How ordering works
Four steps, and you see your exact price before you pay.
- Measure
Width and height, three places each. Write down the smallest numbers.
- Build it
Pick the size, thickness, edges and look, and watch your piece and its price change. Add your zip in the cart for delivery.
- Check and pay
See a drawing of your exact cut, confirm you measured twice, and pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card.
- Cut and delivered
Our fabrication partner cuts and packs it and ships it FedEx or UPS. Someone signs for it at the door.
Ordering for a job?
Paste your glass or mirror schedule from Excel, a takeoff or an email. Every row is priced at once, rows we can't sell online say why, and your job name and PO go on the order.

What if I measured wrong?
You can fix a size free for 1 hour after you order: open your order page and choose "Cancel and refund to fix a size". We refund the full amount and you order the right size.
Can I return it?
Custom glass is cut to your sizes, so it can't be returned or exchanged. That's why we show you a drawing of your cut and hold your order for an hour before it's cut.
Is the price on the page what I pay?
Yes. The builder shows the exact glass price. Your cart adds delivery for your zip, checked live with a signature included and held for 1 hour. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Who cuts the glass?
Our fabrication partner cuts and packs your glass and ships it to you. We take your order and answer the phone.
Where do you deliver?
The lower 48 states and DC, by FedEx or UPS with a signature. Not PO boxes.
