The lower 48 states and DC. Not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other territories, and not PO boxes.

How it ships

Box sizes ship by FedEx or UPS ground, signature required, and the price you see includes it. Larger pieces ship by truck; for those, call us for a quote at (772) 486-7711.

When it arrives

Sign for it, open it right away, and photograph any damage with the packaging before you throw anything away. Report problems within 5 business days of delivery. Needs your OK: the damage reporting window and what ACG does about glass lost or broken in shipping.

Returns

Custom-cut glass can't be returned or exchanged. You can fix a size for 1 hour after you pay, from your order page, for a full refund. Refunds show on your card in 5 to 10 business days.
