Terms of sale

These terms cover glass and mirrors you order on acglass.ai from American Commercial Glass ("ACG", "we"). Needs your OK: ACG's legal entity name and mailing address for these terms.

Custom made for you

Every piece is cut to the sizes you enter, by our fabrication partner. Because it is made to your measurements, it can't be returned, exchanged or refunded, except as these terms say. Please measure twice before you order.

You can fix a size for 1 hour after you pay: open your order page and choose "Cancel and refund to fix a size". We refund the full amount, and you can order again with the right size. After 1 hour your order goes into production and can't be changed online.

Price

The builder shows the glass price for your exact piece. Your cart adds delivery with a signature, checked live for your zip code and held for 1 hour. You pay the glass price and that delivery price, plus sales tax where it applies. We never raise the price after you pay.

Delivery

We deliver to the lower 48 states and DC by FedEx or UPS. Someone has to sign. Delivery dates are estimates; there is no Saturday delivery, and there are no guaranteed dates from late November to December 31.

Defects and damage

Open the box as soon as it arrives. If the glass is broken, chipped or not the size you ordered, photograph it with the packaging and contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Needs your OK: what ACG does when a piece arrives defective or not the size ordered (our fabrication partner's own warranty covers defects reported within 5 business days of delivery), and when glass is lost or broken in shipping.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Safety

Glass for doors, showers, and other places the law calls hazardous is tempered and carries the safety stamp. Mirrors are not safety glass. Seamed edges are smoothed but not polished; handle all glass with gloves. Installation is not included.
