Delivery and FAQ
Your cart prices delivery live for your zip, with a signature included. Here is how it works, and answers to what people ask most.
Delivery
- Where
- The lower 48 states and DC. Not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other territories, and not PO boxes.
- How
- FedEx or UPS ground. Someone has to sign. The delivery price in your cart includes the signature.
- Larger pieces
- Some sizes ship by truck. Your cart tells you when, and you can call (772) 486-7711 for a quote.
- Dates
- Delivery dates are estimates. There is no Saturday delivery, and there are no guaranteed dates from late November to December 31.
- When it arrives
- Open it right away. Photograph any damage with the packaging before you throw anything away, and contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Needs your OK: the damage window and what ACG does about glass lost or broken in shipping.
Questions
Can I return it?
Custom glass is cut to your sizes, so it can't be returned or exchanged. You can fix a size free for 1 hour after you order: open your order page and choose "Cancel and refund to fix a size". We refund the full amount, and you can order the right size.
What if I measured wrong?
Within 1 hour of ordering, use "Cancel and refund to fix a size" on your order page. After 1 hour your order goes into production and can't be changed online. Call us and we'll tell you what can be done.
Is the price on the page what I pay?
Yes. The builder shows the exact glass price. Your cart adds delivery for your zip, checked live with a signature included and held for 1 hour. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and we never raise the price after you pay.
How do I pay?
Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Who cuts the glass?
Our fabrication partner cuts and packs your glass and ships it to you. We take your order and answer the phone.
Is it safety glass?
All the glass we sell is tempered safety glass, and window and door glass carries the safety stamp. Mirrors are not safety glass.
Do you install it?
No. Installation is not included. Handle all glass with gloves.
Can I order several pieces?
Yes. One order holds up to 25 sizes, 1 to 250 of each, with one delivery price for the whole order. For a job, paste your schedule and every row is priced at once. For more, call us at (772) 486-7711.
How do I check on my order?
Use Track an order with your order number and the email you ordered with. Your order page shows each step, and tracking once it ships.
